Developed project specifications and drawings; provided project management and quality control during roof replacement.
Full system replacement of a failed foam and coating application over 4-ply built-up roof membrane.
Project entailed installation of new leveling surface, vapour retarder, 2% slope insulation package and Rhinobond mechanically fastened 80 ml PVC membranes.
Specifications and drawings were developed to meet the requirements of a 15-year ARCA warranty certificate.
