24,000 sq ft. commercial retail building in Edmonton, AB.
Developed project specifications and drawings; provided project management and quality control during roof replacement.
Failed SBS roof system required design and replacement of structural stramit panel insulation, roof removal and installation of new LVL beams to existing trusses and the application of new wood deck substrate. Applications of vapour retarder, new sloped insulation to improve drainage, and 2-ply SBS roof assembly.
Project included installation of interior protection to ensure tenants were able to continue operations during the project.
